For The Old Bear, our Head Chef Nathan Green, has created two menus which draw heavily from the great traditions of British cooking and demonstrate the importance of sourcing the very best ingredients.
Our bar menu is served at lunch daily, including classics such as sausage mash, potted duck, pork crackling and steak pies. Our dining menu offers a more refined dining experience, showcasing three courses of the very best of modern British cooking.
Our sister venue The Albion is the current holder of the Observer Food Monthly Award for the “Best Sunday Lunch” something we hope to achieve at The Old Bear.
